These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any and all offerings by The Reclamation LTD, including online coaching, courses, and community membership (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing or participating in the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Platform Integration
Our programmes are delivered through the Podia platform. By engaging with our Services, you also agree to Podia’s:
Data Processing Addendum (if applicable)
These govern your interaction with the course platform and third-party payment systems.
3. Programme Access & Pricing
Our current core programme is available at $99/month for four months or $299 upfront.
After the five-month programme ends (18 weeks), you may choose to continue as a subscriber at $49/month, which gives access to all future courses and practices.
If you do not subscribe, your access ends once the initial programme duration is complete.
Modules are released on a bi-weekly basis, regardless of full upfront payment. This is to preserve the intended flow and depth of the work.
4. Payment Terms & Billing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe through the Podia platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is current and accurate.
Payment failures are handled according to Podia and Stripe policies.
We are not liable for errors by the payment processor.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any of our programmes, courses, or memberships under any circumstances. All sales are final.
For monthly membership plans only:
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel.
During the 30-day notice period, access will continue and any scheduled payments will still be processed.
After this period, your membership and billing will stop.
6. Client Responsibilities & Conduct
By enrolling in our Services, you agree to uphold the following standards:
Maintain confidentiality of all course materials, group sessions, and discussions.
Do not copy, share, or reproduce any content or teachings in any form, nor present them as your own work.
Treat all coaches, staff, and fellow members with respect, honesty, kindness, and support.
Disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Disclaimer & Personal Responsibility
The teachings in this programme blend ancient and modern wisdom for self-alignment and transformation.
While powerful, results depend entirely on your commitment, consistency, and personal effort.
We make no guarantees regarding your progress or transformation.
If emotional or psychological challenges arise during the programme, please seek appropriate professional support (e.g., therapist, doctor, or licensed mental health provider). You are encouraged to reach out to Simran or Preetam for signposting support.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, practices, language, structure, and concepts delivered within the programme are the intellectual property of The Reclamation LTD and/or its founders.
You may not reuse, repurpose, repackage, or rebrand any content for public or private use outside the scope of your participation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes must first be attempted to resolve informally, with a spirit of mutual respect.
Legal action, if necessary, will take place under the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
